What Open Case does
Open Case provides QR support pages for artists, performers, makers, venues, markets, and pop-up creative events. Supporters can make one-off payments and optionally leave a short note.

These terms outline how Open Case works for artists, supporters, and creative spaces using QR support pages and Stripe-powered payments.
Artist responsibilities
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, location, links, artwork, performance details, and payout information. Artists must only use Open Case for lawful creative activity.
Support payments
Support payments are voluntary one-off payments. They are not charitable donations unless the artist is separately registered and presents that status outside Open Case.
Payouts
Payout onboarding and payment processing are handled by Stripe Connect. Stripe may require identity, business, tax, or bank details before enabling payouts.
Service changes
Open Case may update features, fees, availability, payout timing, and dashboard reporting as the service improves. Material changes will be communicated where required.
